Mrs. Knowles was born April 4, 1924 in Calhoun City, MS to Clarence and Jewel Hubbard. She worked for General Motors Acceptance Corp. for over 20 years as a secretary. She was a member of King's Daughters and Sons and resided at the home for 4 years where she was loved and well cared for.
She was a devoted and caring mother and will be greatly missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Joseph Knowles.
She leaves a daughter, Patricia Williams and her husband, Jeff of Bartlett; son, Michael J. Knowles and his wife, Debbie of Young Harris, GA; four grandchildren, Jay Williams and his wife, Kat of Nashville, Joe Williams and his wife, Hollie of Dallas, TX, Michael Knowles of Atlanta, GA, and Celia Williams of Nashville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to King's Daughters and Sons Home.
