Authel Joseph Atkins age 93 of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at Crockett Hospital in Lawrenceburg, TN.
A native of Marion County, AL, he was retired from Lawrence County Hospital, and a member of Pulaski Street Church of Christ. He was also a veteran of WWII where he served in the Medical Corp.
His parents were the late, Joe Atkins and Zona Garrard Atkins.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virgie Pauline Davis Atkins.
