U.S. NAVY VETERAN
WORLD WAR II
KOREA

His passing was very sudden and unexpected. The world has lost a beautiful soul.

He was the kindest, sweetest and most loving man, we have ever known.

Our hearts are broken, we can't believe that he is gone.

He was known to friends and family for his kindness, easy-going gentle nature and his great sense of humor. He was loved by everyone who knew him.

He is dearly loved by his daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is in Heaven, reunited with his sweetheart.

We have a giant hole in our hearts. It's too soon for us to complete his memorial. We are devastated and still in shock. We will need some time before we can add more.

"He helped me with my homework and we laughed a lot. A couple of years ago, he used to walk me to school. My uncle says that we are blessed to have had him until now and that we should be grateful. My head says that he is right but my heart is still sad. My family keeps saying that he is in a better place but it doesn't stop me from missing him very much!" written by Gracie

"He was a very sweet, gentle, kind man who appreciated every little thing that anyone did for him. Before he got the pacemaker, he had broken ribs and broken bones in his neck and back and serious nerve damage, because of passing out. He always said, "Don't worry about me, I'm just fine." He worked very hard to regain his strength. Even though he had good reason to, he never complained. He was cheerful and praised God for His Blessings. He always said that God was healing him, day by day. No matter how difficult things were for him, he encouraged everyone else." written by Diane & Rick

"He told a lot of wonderful stories about his time in the Navy and when he was growing up on the farm and his adventures in life. He told about miracles he had received from God and explained to me about Jesus. He led me to the Lord. He was always kind to everyone. He was the best Grandpa ever." written by Micki

We know that our precious Dad and Grandpa will meet us when we go to Heaven and we can hug and kiss him again then.
