Mrs. Leah Sobiech, 82, of 1707 21st Street, Two Rivers, died Tuesday afternoon, August 5, 1986 at her residence. Funeral services will be 7 pm Thursday at St. Luke Catholic church, Two Rivers. Rev. Greg Smith will officiate and burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.

Mrs. Sobiech was born June 7, 1904 at Coleman, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Edmund and Rose Pecha Brault. She attended school at Coleman. She married Anton Sobiech on December 19, 1923. He preceded her in death on February 19, 1961.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph and Delores Sobiech of Two Rivers and Carl and Agnes Sobiech of Milwaukee; two daughters and sons-in-law, Dorothy and Bernard Jacquart and Ruth and Robert Kirchen of Two Rivers; three brothers, Napoleon and Del Brault of Manitowoc and Charles Brault of Two Rivers; five sisters, Octavia Gray of California, Lucy Graycarek, Valeria Zboralski and Marie Hallada of Manitowoc and Laura Schoblaska of Florida; a sister-in-law, Sophia Sobiech of Two Rivers; 12 grandchilden and three great grandchildren.

Friends may call at St. Luke Catholic Church from 4 pm Thursday to the time of services. There will be no visitation at Deja and Martin Funeral Chapel, Two Rivers.
