Rhoda Lucretia Walker was the daughter of Orlando Walker and Rachel Lucretia Ladd Walker. She was first married to Merrill G. Skinner who died in Missouri in 1872. In 1883, she was married to her cousin, Everett Worthington Foster in White County, Indiana. Rhoda died in South Dakota, where her husband was Indian Agent to the Yankton Sioux.
