There is some discrepncy in the birth date & death date. I found that Frank himself said he was born in 1891 when he filled out his WWI Draft Registration card. Also, the cemetery records show that he was burried in 1928. Since the stone looks relatively new, not 1928 style, it would appear that whoever placed the stone may have had incorrect dates.
