Sandi Kay Bailie, 42 of Saylor Road in Morgantown died Aug 6 at home. She was the daughter of Richard and Judith Hodge Bailie of New Bern NC. She was a self-employed Hair dresser and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Morgantown. She is survived by one daughter, Nicole Marrie Bailie-a sister Shelly and two brothers, Ed and Robert. McCulla Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements-cremation then Burial at Beverly Hills Cemetery.
