Dan lived a full life, retiring from Clark Construction Co. in 1980 as a carpenter foreman. An avid hunter and fisherman, he was always up for a game of cribbage and was especially proud of his family.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Shirley, daughter Dana (Joe) Utterback, sons Daniel (Nadine), Dale, David (Erin), Darin (Jodi), 10 grandchildren, 3 great grand children, sisters Mary (Jack) Phinney, Debby (Ron) Fielhour and sister in-law Doreen Abfalter.
He was preceded in death by brother David and great grandson Joshua David.
A funeral service was held Wednesday, January 19, 2011, at Potterville United Methodist Church with The Reverend Rebecca Morrison officiating.
