Lunda Greene married her cousin Preston Hill Greene in 1917 in Boone, North Carolina. They had 2 children born in NC before moving to Coshocton County, OH in 1921. In less than a year (1922) Lunda died of Pneumonia leaving her small children without a mother. Hill and family took care of the children the best they could until Hill married Maude Watson June 26, 1926. Hill and Maude lived in North Carolina for a few years but it seems this marriage did not work and Hill returned to Ohio where he lived the rest of his life without a wife.
