Frank William Crawford Jr., age 80, passed on to be with our Lord on September 29, 2011 after a heroic battle of over 80 days in Intensive Care.

He was born in Henryetta, OK on April 6th, 1931. A two-year veteran of the U.S. Army, he attended St Michaels' Catholic School where he met and fell in love with his sweetheart and loving wife Virginia, with whom he spent over 60 wonderful years living in a true Heaven on Earth. He is survived by Virginia, sons Mike, Danny and Frankie, their wives Debbie, Sherri and Cindy, as well as his grandchildren Derek, Madison, Luci and Blake. He will be well remembered by countless friends and family whom were blessed to know him.

A man of strong self-determination, he worked his way up from changing tires at BF Goodrich in the 1950's to eventually become an owner of Brown Printing Company as well as a successful stockbroker. He was very active in community service as represented by his loyal and dedicated membership in the Henryetta Lions Club for over 35 years, membership in the Knights of Columbus, a founding director of the First National Bank of Henryetta, and his service as a President of the Henryetta Chamber of Commerce.

Frank touched the lives of many people with his smile, endless whistling, his charm and well-developed sense of humor. He enjoyed eating fine foods, playing cards, listening to smooth jazz and watching accomplished guitarists.

Pallbearers will be Larry Catlett, Mike Chowins, Ron Dombek, Sammy Kelch, Ron McAfee, and Mike Nelson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bernie Althaus, Rex Buzan, John Doneti, Herb Elias, Sr., Bud Gaither, Haskell Hammontree, David M. Jones, Jim Lollis, Norman Lowe, Duane Woodliff and Garland Ward.
