Hiram Leonard Cox '46 of Lecanto, Fla., died on January 17, 2006. He was a West Virginia Golden Horseshoe award winner and received his degree from WVU. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a high school teacher in Broward County, Fla., for 28 years. Survivors include one daughter, Linda Harnage of Lecanto, Fla.; two grandsons and three great grandsons. He was preceded in death by wife, Gladys Forman Cox; one son, Roger Cox, and one daughter, Maxine Roberts.
