Dorothy (Dot) H. Ager Beloved Wife of Richard (Dick) Ager Loving Mother of two sons David and Michael and one daughter Susan Ager who is a writer for the Detroit Free Press Newspaper She was a neighbor and friends with Ken And Mary MacEachin (Jim Ditton's Grandparents) lived on Kennedy Drive in the Golfview Manor Subdivision in Dearborn Heights for many years was very involved with St. Mel's Catholic Church in Dearborn Heights where she was a member for 40 years she also had volunteered with the Sunshine Ladies at church who prepare food for people after funerals. She was the traditional polish catholic female God comes first others second and i come last. She worked as a grief minister ten years ago as part of her training she was asked to write her own obituary. She was active in church and community affairs she loved to cook and bake and attented several cooking classes she loved music flowers, birds, and enjoyed singing very much. Dorothy was a caregiver to her mother her in laws and other relatives. Worked for Michigan Bell for 20 years. she is survived by her husband Richard (Dick) daughter Susan Ager, sons Michael and David brothers Anthony and Edward Zielinski and Grandchildren Christopher, Brian, Mark and Scott. Funeral Arrangements were handled by the John N. Santeiu And Son Funeral Home Located at 1139 Inkster Road Between Ford Road And Cherry Hill in Garden City Funeral Mass was held at St. Mel's Catholic Church located at 7506 North Inkster Road Near West Warren in Dearborn Heights Dorothy will be cremated after the service at the church Cause Of Death Cancer
