Ellen Ruth Zook Becker, 67, of 674 High Street, Lancaster, died Sunday, May 28, 2006 at Lancaster Regional Medical Center.
Born in Lancaster, she was the wife of Leon Becker; they celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary January 14th.
She was the daughter of the late Walter S. and Irene Hildebrand Ruth. She was a former employee of Schick Inc., worked as a homemaker, and enjoyed bowling.
She is survived by two daughters, Rose, wife of Pat Cosgrove, Bainbridge, and Candy, wife of Guy Dillon, Willow Street; five sons, John Kuhns, Centerville, Rick, husband of Dona Kuhns, Columbia, David, husband of Chrissy Kuhns, Roseville, and Charles, husband of Beverly Kuhns, Willow Street, and James Zook, Bausman. Also surviving are two step children; 18 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. Two brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.
