DIED ENSIGN - In this city March 31, 1891 of pneumonia, Mrs. Charlotte P. Ensign wife of Jeremiah Ensign deceased aged 76 years. Mrs. Ensign came to Wisconsin with her family in 1859 from Warsaw, New York. She was a daughter of William Webster who settled in Warsaw in the year 1803 when Western New York was an unbroken wilderness. She was the mother of nine children eight of whom were present at her funeral, the other, Frederick D., died in February last. The deceased was highly esteemed by all who knew her.
