Born June 13,1910 in Shadyside, Ohio to Samuel and Sarah I. Crowe, he married Ellen Ruby Rutledge Feb.22,1964, in Wolcott, Ind.
Surviving is his wife; two stepsons, Jim of Morton and Ernest of Peoria; a stepdaughter Mrs. (Paul) Dorothy LaFollette of Brimfield;11 grandchildren, and five great- grandchildren.
One brother, one sister and one stepson preceded him in death.
