Lawrence "Doug" Adair 64, of Phoenix passed away September 26, 2011. He was born in Mesa, AZ February 15, 1947 to Leslie "Snooks" and Mildred Adair.
He worked as a general contractor for APS and (Klondyke). He loved to play guitar and sing. Doug was a history buff and enjoyed Discovery Channel and Animal Planet. He loved gardening and taking care of his roses. Doug was an animal lover and a Mason.
He is survived by his daughters; Stephanie Adair-Telekesy and husband William Telekesy, Amy Adair and fiancee Ken Weller and Alison Adair, sister Thelma Paulson (Ted), and grandchildren; Taylor, Kylie, Trenton, Tristen, Aspen, Austin, Ayden, Alexander and one boy on the way!
Memorial services will be held on Monday, October 3, 2011, 11:00 am at Hansen Mortuary 8314 N. 7th Street Phoenix, AZ.
Interment will follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery 2300 W. Van Buren Phoenix, AZ. He loved his family and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
