Former Burlington Resident Dies

Burlington-Alfred Seyller, 59, of Menasha, Wis., a former Burlington resident, passed away at his home Saturday evening, when he suffered a heart attack.

The son of the late John and Frances Clark Seyller, he was born April 4, 1898, in Burlington, where he grew to manhood and was united in marriage to May Mattegan.

He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Mrs. James (Lillian) Slater of Menasha, Wis.; two sisters, Mrs. Herman (Lillian) Laseman of Burlington and Mrs. Joseph (Elizabeth) Sester of Genoa; and four brothers, Harry Seyller of Elgin; Edward Seyller of Plato Center and Henry and James Seyller of Burlington.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Mrs. Charles (Helen) Anderson; and two brothers, John and William Seyller.

Funeral services were conducted Thursday in Menasha, where burial took place.

Alfred was the son of John and Frances Seyller. He married Mary Catherine Madigan on Sep. 17, 1921 at the courthouse in Waukegan, Illinois. They one child, Lillian.

Burlington-Alfred Seyller, 59, of Menasha, Wis., a former Burlington resident, passed away at his home Saturday evening, when he suffered a heart attack.
