Col Harrison and his wife Elizabeth Perrin Harrison had 1 son:

Wade Cothran Harrison who owns and lives in the old home of his mother and grandfather, John Cothran and owns much of the lands owned by Samuel Perrin.

Wade Cothran Harrison attended the old Millway School and the McCabe School for Boys in Petersburg, VA, was graduated from Davidson College and was a Civil Engineer in Railroad service in different sections of the United States, former member of the Legislature from Greenwood County and member of the Greenwood County Draft Board in WWl, developer of large timber interests of his own.

Married Lucia Tarrant Hughey of Greenwood, have 6 sons:

1) Wade Cothran Harrison, Jr, graduate of The Citadel and served in WWll, attaining rank of Major; married Sarah Nicholson and they have 1 daughter;

2) James H Harrison, graduate of Clemson, Aviation Instructor during WWll now Pilot for Trans-World Aviation;

3) Francis Eugene Harrison, graduate of The Citadel and law school of the University of South Carolina, in WWll and attained rank of Major;

4) William H Harrison, graduate of The Citadel and served in WWll and became a Major

5) Robert T Harrison and

6) John P Harrison, students at Clemson until entering service and after WWll, Robert T Harrison graduated. John P Harrison is a senior at Clemson.

The 3 brothers, Wade, Francis (Frank) and William Harrison served during the war as Captains and were returned to inactive status as Majors in the Reserve Corps.
