The services were conducted by the Rev. H. Q. Burr who was assistied by Rev. James A. Johnson of Lexington, Va. Rev. Johnson was a former pastor of Providence of which Mrs. Brown was a member.
Mrs. Brown is survived by her husband George N. Brown, a son, Lawrence [Alton] and one daughter, Dorothy. One sister, Mrs. John Grauel of Fulton and two brothers, Byron Gaither of Laurel and Clay Gaither of Clarksville also survive.
Pall bearers, all nephews of the deceased, were George Grauel, Roland Grauel, Cecil Grauel, Kenneth Grauel, Clyde Brown and Laurence Brown.
