News was received here this morning of the death at Valders of Mrs. Susan Pfeffer, widow of John Pfeffer at the home of her daughter Mrs. Albert Tech, with whom she had been staying since stricken with illness last November. Had she lived four days more Mrs. Pfeffer would have celebrated her sixtieth anniversay and an odd co-incidence is the fact that she was born on Ash Wednesday and died on Ash Wednesday. Her husband died thirty years ago. She has always made her home in this city and the remains will be brought here for burial...
