Survived by husband, Donald of 73 years; brother, L. Leon (Ann) Lemley of South Point, OH and niece, Arlene Hensley of LaPorte, IN. Preceded in death by parents and beloved daughter. Thelma was born on the 4th of July, in Ohio to Maurice and Ruby Lemley. On June 15, 1932, she married Donald H. Coash. Born of this union, one daughter in 1934, Joyce Lee Coash-Combs. Mrs. Coash attended Purdue and Indiana University and then graduated from Valparaiso University with her teaching degree. She taught school for 31 years in the Crown Point Community School System. Mrs. Coash was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church of Crown Point, where she worked with the Junior High and High School students and served on many committees in the church. She also belonged to the Crown Point Woman's Club, ISTA, NRTA, and the Lake County Retired Teachers Club. She and her husband were members of the Playcrafters for many years as well as Youche Country Club.

Franciscan Drive (on S.R. 55 south of S.R. 231) Crown Point on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. from Pruzin & Little Chapel, with Rev. Fitz Neal and Rev. Laurel Neal officiating. At rest Calumet Park Cemetery.
