Fred L. Minshall, 73, Kingston, Route 1, a farmer, died Sunday morning at Berger Hospital, Circleville. He was born on Oct. 23, 1894, in Pickaway County to Edward and Cora Lutz Minshall. On Jun 14, 1924, he was married to Virginia Brown who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Betty Jo Garst, Albuquerque. N. M., two sons, George R., Kingston, Route 1, and William E., Gallipolis; eight grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. George (Frances) Hamman, Williamsport. He was a member of the Elks, at Circleville, Logan Elm Masonic Lodge 624 and American Legion Post 291, Kingston. The funeral will be at 2 pm Wednesday at the L. E. Hill Funeral home with the Rev. Wayne Wardwell officiating. Burial will be in the Prairie View Cemetery, Whisler. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6:30 pm Monday. The Masons will hold a memorial service at the funeral home at 7:30 pm Tuesday. Graveside rites will be conducted by the Legion Post Floyd M. Price
