After Alden and Alma were married they moved to Kansas City, Kansas where he worked for Ford dealerships and was a mechanic all his adult life, A few years after having a serious on-the-job accident that prevented him from going back to work he made the decision to move back to El Dorado Springs where he lived out the rest of his life. Alden loved helping others if anyone needed help working on a vehicle he was always there. He loved his motorcycles, camping, fishing, hunting, ham radios, and watching old Western movies on TV.
Preceding him in death were his parents Herman and Edna Keith, one son Leslie Allen Keith, three brothers, Hershel Wayne, Herman Eugene, Warren Glenn, and one sister Wanda Ruth Sims.
Alden leaves behind his loving wife Alma Lee, of the home, two daughters Deloris Jean Keith, Kansas City, KS, Teresa (Tess) Ann Coale, El Dorado Springs, and one son James Dale Keith, Kansas City MO, 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, friends, and family. Alden will be sadly missed by everyone that knew him.
Services were held Tuesday, October 11, at the Sheldon-Goodrich funeral home with
Rev. James Coleman officiating.
Pallbearers were: Dennis Keith, Tim Keith, Aaron Coale, Jason Keith, Justin Keith, and Kevin Chapman.
The interment was in Old Union Cemetery, Caplinger Mills, under the direction of Sheldon Funeral Home.
