Kenneth was born 4 Sept. 1959, in Bloomington, Il., the son of Kenneth & Marguerite (O'Neil) Hanley. In the 1960's, the family moved to the Siouxland area & he attended school in Riverside.
He was employed during the past decade at Mechanical Contractors of South Sioux City. In his youth, he enjoyed summers on his uncle's farm, always loved to go fishing, & recently took an interest in poetry. Kenneth had a green thumb growing plants & helping watching their progress. He was of the catholic faith.
Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Tiffaney Hanley & her significant other, Zach Barnes; 1 son, Casey Hanley, all of Sioux City; 1 grandchild, Matthew Milton Barnes; &
Kenneth's significant other & soul mate, Rhonda Betcke.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
