October 8, 2011. Beloved husband of Antonie (nee Kirchinger) Gorko; dearest brother of Daniel and Robert (Cynthia) Gorko; devoted son of the late Matthew and Emily (nee Urbanski) Gorko. Paul is also survived by his extended family in the U.S.A. and Germany. He was employed by Republic Steel in Buffalo, Canton and Masillon Ohio retiring from Ryerson Steel Corp. in 1999. A U.S. Army veteran he served with the Black Horse Regiment, 11th Armored Calvary in Vietnam in 1970-1971, receiving many awards and citations including the Bronze Star. The Family will be present on Tuesday from 2-4 and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Urban-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME 3645 Genesee Street where prayers will be offered on Thursday at 8:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated from St. Lawrence Church 1520 E.
