Services for Modena Jane Day, a Grand Prairie resident, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Calvary Baptist Church in Grand Prairie.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home in Grand Prairie. Burial will be at the Flower Mound Cemetery in Flower Mound.
Mrs. Day died Friday in Arlington. She was 90.
Born Oct. 10, 1908, in Flower Mound, she was a homemaker. She attended school in Lewisville and moved to Grand Prairie in the early 1930s.
She was also a 60-year member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Day.
Survivors include her daughter, Wanda Nichols of Dallas; her sons, Dalton Day and Jimmy Day, both of Grand Prairie; sisters, Virgie Underwood of Lewisville, Frankie Robertson of Dallas and Esther Lester of Denton; 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
