John Fee

Parents were, John Fee, Sr. and Ellen (Ritchie) Fee.
Peddled gunpowder, in Green County, PA.; Served in the War of 1812 as First Lieutenant, U. S. Artillery. At the Battle of Lake Erie, during a tornado, his horse was killed when a tree fell on it, and John's thigh was broken. Received a pension from the government. He was a farmer following his service.
Married Rachel Knott in 1802 in West Finley, Washington County, Pennsylvania. She died in January 13, 1815 in Canonsburg, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
