Elizabeth Price Tutton married Richard Henry McLean, Jr. in Alexandria, VA on June 9, 1823. They moved to Old Point Comfort where Richard worked as a stone mason during the construction of Fort Monroe and she had 5 sons by this marriage. All of their burials have been located except for that of Joseph Thomas McLean. Her husband Richard died in 1832 in Portsmouth, VA. On November 9, 1837, Elizabeth P. McLean married John H. Myers, a U. S. Marine. They remained in Portsmouth, VA until about 1866, when they moved to Baltimore, MD. Elizabeth had three girls as a result of this marriage. She died of burns in 1875.
