Emma Watson Chandler was the eldest daughter of Andrew James Chandler (Memorial ID 54984772) and Mary Jane Stuart Chandler (Memorial ID 54984840). She married on 20 November 1871, to Captain John Watson (Memorial ID 55411119), the son of John Watson (1752-1821, Memorial ID 55398441) and Sarah Bland Watson (1770-1807, Memorial ID 55398455), and had one child, Mary Emma Watson (Memorial ID 78071068). She then married James Edwards Davis (1851-1923, Memorial ID 63974850), originally of Greene County, NC, and had four children: Henry Edwards Davis, Maude Williams Davis, James Chandler Davis, and Jeff Davis.
