Otto J. Hochkammer, 82 of the Newton area, r.3, Manitowoc, died Monday afternoon at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
He was born April 23, 1890 at Newton, son of the late William and Anna Bruckschen Hochkammer.
On Nov.22, 1913 he married the former Lydia Stockmeier at Centerville. He farmed until his retirement. His wife died in 1961
Survivors are two sons, William and Erwin, both of R.3, Manitowoc; a daughter, Mrs. Elton (Edna) Hackmann of R. 1, Newton; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
An infant daughter, a grandchild, and three sisters and two brothers preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Salem Ebenezer Reformed Church, Newton, with the Rev. N.C. Hoeflinger officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining church cemetery.
Friends may call at the Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, until noon Thursday, and at the church until the time of service.
