The 1902 marriage record of "Nannie Money" and Dawson Warren stated that she was 30 years of age. That would make her birth year about 1872. The tombstone shows 1852. The birth year of 1852 is also shown to be approximately correct on the 1870 and 1880 James Money Census.
With a birth year of 1852 she would have been 20 years older than her husband.
