Obit: John T. Richardson, 79, died at his home, 207 McBaine Avenue, this morning at 6:45, following a heart attack yesterday afternoon. Born in Boone county, he had lived most of his life near Millersburg and McBaine until moving to Columbia last fall. He was the son of the late Hugh and Mary Jane Adkins Richardson, both natives of Virginia, and was marrid to the late Miss Martha Craig, who died in 1930. Of this union the following children survive: Mrs. Rose Baily of Kansas, Mrs. Lena Baker of Columbia, Mrs. Rella Carey of Flint, Mich, Mrs. Frankie Tull of Los Angeles, W. L. Richardson, H. P. Richardson and Jesse Richardson all of Columbia, and Aubrey Richardson of Bartlesville, Okla. Other survivors include his wife, Mrs. Emma Buster Richardson, two brothers, Joe Richardson of Vinita, Okla., and Charles Richardson of Vera, Okla., 24 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and five step grandchildren. He was a member of the Methodist church. Funeral arrangements have not been completed and the body will remain at the Parker Memorial Chapel.
