Tilly was placed with Alfred A Walker in Wayne Co, ILL on 10/15/1884, then placed with a Mr. Frederick Pries in Hoyleton, Washington Co, Ill and in 1893 moved to St. Louis, MO. She married the first time at age 19 to John Brown and had a daughter Blanche born in Oct 1893, She married second to Charles Joshua Evilsizer around 1897. The had six children: Charles Jefferson, Bartling, Bell Neely, Ray Lawrence Ellsworth Clarence and Jessie Marie Gould

The body of Mrs. Evilsizer, who had been a medical patient at the hospital since January 9, was removed to DuBois.
