Ricky Allen Rowe, 29, son of Richard and Gloria Rowe, died Tuesday, April 27, 1993, following Kidney failure, at Mercy Medical Center, Coon Rapids, MN.
Services for Ricky, formerly of Maple Grove were Saturday, May 1, 1993, at United Methodist Church in Monticello, Rev. Dennis Buckley officiated.
Serving as casketbearers were Ray Palmer, Roy Palmer, Ted Munger, Jason Udeen, Troy Staples and Todd Staples.
He was born in Aberdeen, SD June 13, 1963 to Richard and Gloria (Hartley) Rowe. He moved with his family to Maple Grove at an early age and grew up and attended school. He graduated from Osseo High School.
Ricky worked for the Schneider Company in New Hope, a medical supply manufacturer, before becoming disabled with kidney failure. He was on dialysis for 10 years.
He lived in the Monticello area since 1989, and enjoyed his best pal "Danniele Squeeler Rowe" his Shepherd/Lab cross.
Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.
Ricky was preceeded in death by his Grandmother Margaret Rowe.
He is survived by his parents, Richard and Gloria Rowe of Monticello; brothers, Robert "Bob" of Maple Grove and Frank of Monticello; Grandparents, Frank Rowe of Ellendale, ND and Ralph and Hazel Harltey of Garden City, SD; several aunts and uncles.
