MRS. HECKMAN OF LOUIS CORNERS IS CALLED TO REST
Centerville —Mrs. Justine Heckman, widow of Carl Heckman, who resided near Louis Corners, passed away at one p.m. Sunday at the residence of her son Edward Heckman where she made her home, following a paralytic stroke, with which she was stricken at about 6 a.m., Sunday. Mrs. Heckman was born on December 12, 1848 in Germany and at the age of twenty-one years came to the United States. Her husband died thirteen years ago. Mrs. Heckman had resided in the home in which she died for the past forty years, it being the family homestead. The survivors are five sons, William Heckman, New York City; Henry Heckman, Champaign, Ill.; Elmer of Milan; Cranston, Spring Valley, and Edward on the homestead; five daughters, Mrs. Carl Voss, Sheboygan; Mrs. Augusta Schultz, Glenbeulah; Mrs. Fred Lindstrom, Highland Park; Miss Agnes, at Highland Park and Mrs. Alfred Phillips near Cleveland. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at one p.m. from the late home. Rev. William Kuether, of Louis Corners will officiate and burial will be made in the Louis Corners cemetery. - The Sheboygan Press, Monday, March 29, 1926.
