Eric was born March 3,1994, in Wilmington, NC. He was a student at Bethel Assembly Christian Academy in Askewville, NC, and loved to play baseball and basketball. Eric loved sports, especially baseball and was a great catcher, following the footsteps of his father Mark.
He loved his Christian school, his friends and his teachers, as well as Pastor Bobby "Papa", at Living Word in Leland and all the members. He loved life and never met a stranger. Eric always, without effort displayed love, kindness and compassion to small children and animals, as well as the elderly and sick.
Eric's charm and great personality assisted him as a young child to become Little Mr. Wilmington and Mr. Brunswick County Christmas. Though loved by the multitudes for his mischievous grin and kindness, all who knew him felt his devotion to his parents and God. Eric never hesitated showing love. His favorite saying "show me some love mama", was demonstrated in front of friends and family.
Eric will be missed every single day we breath, yet we know he will be waiting for all of us in heaven as he watches Carolina win.
