John Broadus Brewton, four year old son of Mr. & Mrs. J.B. Brewton of Vidalia died last Friday night, after an illness of a week.
The child was recovering from an attack of measles, when complications brought on conditions which would not yield to treatment.
Remains were buried in the Ailey cemetery Saturday afternoon and the funeral service was conducted by Rev. J.T.B. Anderosn of the Vidalia Baptist church.
This was the only son of find parents, and their loss is keenly felt. Relatives from Ailey and Mt. Vernon were with Mr. & Mrs. Brewton when the life of the son was despaired of.
