Mrs. Eunice M. Wood, wife of Andrew P. Wood, died at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the family home, 45 Clarence Street, following a protracted illness. She was 77 years old and had been a resident of this city and its vicinity since 1879. Deceased was a woman of fine character who was beloved by all and whose passing will be sincerely regretted by a large circle of friends. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Burt L. Wood of Oil City and William Wood of Johnsonburg, and one sister, Mrs. Amelia Bordwell of North Collins, N.Y. Funeral announcements will be made later.
The following day in the same paper: Funeral services for the late Mrs. Andrew P. Wood whose death occurred Wednesday afternoon, will be held at 2:30 this afternoon at the home, No. 45 Clarence Street. Rev. S. E. Idleman, D.D., of the First Methodist church officiating. Interment willl be made in Oak Hill.
