Funeral services for Teresa Ann (Leviness) Carson, 50, of Zavalla, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 22, 2011 in the Solid Rock Baptist Church, Zavalla with Pastor Lynnwood Dykes officiating. Interment will follow in the Tom Havard Cemetery.
Ms. Carson was born November 14, 1960 in Kountze to Aline (Nichols) and the late Dizzy Dean Leviness and died October 19, 2011 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was employed by Angelina Home Health as a provider for 3 years. She loved her kids, grandkids, her family, camping and the outdoors, and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, April and Erik Peeples of Zavalla and Kasey and James Minter of Rockland; grandchildren, Maddison Peeples, Kennedy Peeples, Remington Minter, and River Minter; mother, Aline Leviness; sisters and brothers-in-law, Pam and Jack Hooks and Karen and Tommy Stanley; brothers, William and Johnny Leviness; sister, Lanita Ison; special friend, Dale Carson, all of Zavalla; and a number of nieces and nephews and other relatives and a host of friends.
Ms. Carson was preceded in death by her daddy, Dizzy Dean Leviness; brother, Terry Leviness; nephew, Kevin Hooks; and brother-in-law, Danny Ison, Jr.
