Mrs. Daniel Michaels, 65, formerly a resident of the town of Washington, died Monday at her home in Dover Plains. The former Mary Butler, she was born here July 14, 1884, daughter of Charles & Imogene Allen Butler. Surviving are her husband Daniel, who operated a blacksmith shop here for many years; three daughters, Ms. Mary M Cline, Brentwood, LI; Mrs. Blanche Macking and Mrs. Jean M Kilmer, both of Dover Plains; son Gerald Michaels, Salt Point; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Burch, Hyde Park; Mrs. John Briton, Great Neck, LI; seven brothers, six grandsons, two great grandchildren. Burial St Josephs.
