Ida C. Christy, 81, 3800 S. A St., Apt. 121 B, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 1997, at Reid Hospital in Richmond.
She was born Jan. 25,1916, in Little Rock, Ark., to Leslie and Emma Griffy Seaney and had lived in Richmond all her life.
She retired after 20 years as a dietician at Richmond State Hospital.
Survivors include a son, Carl Christy of Anderson; three daughters, Linda McGraw of Centerville and Mildred Mantooth and Frona Ellington, both of Richmond; a brother, Earl Seaney of Winter Haven, Fla.; a sister, Anna Clark of Richmond; several nieces and nephews; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Services will be at 10 a. m. Saturday at Jones-Klute-Lamb Funeral Home. Burial wil be at Goshen Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p. m. today at the funeral home.
