Mr. Brumley was a World War I veteran, and a former traveling salesman. He was a member of the Methodist church of Alma.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Lois Brumley, three sons and two daughters, Clarence Edward, David, Ronald, Martha and Betty Jo, all of the family home; his mother, Mrs. D. A. Brumley, Harligen, Texas; three sisters and four brothers, Mrs. B. B. Mathes, Harlingen, Mrs. L. H. Manning and W. C. Brumley, Edinburgh, Texas, Mrs. Otto Gooder, Ventura, Calif., Wilbur Brumley, Brice, Utah, Captain Dee Brumley with the Army overseas, and Frank B. Brumley, United States Navy.
Funeral will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Methodist church of Alma, with the pastor, Rev. O. D. Peters officiating. Burial will be in the Alma Cemetery. The Edwards Funeral Home will be in charge.
