George Francis Harrison, 82, Pikeville, Tennessee, died Monday, August 16, 2004. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, a Navy veteran of WWII, and was active in the Order of Demolay and a member of the American Legion and VFW. Preceded in death by two wives, Genelle Harrison and Memorie Harrison, two children, Diane and Keith Harrison, and stepson Larry Shaw. He is survived by three sons, Warren and wife Lou McManus Harrison, Pikeville, Richard Harrison, Arvada, CO, and Mark and wife Terry Harrison, Pace, FL; grandchildren Jason, Amber, Susan, Genelle, Ethan, and Samantha Harrison; and stepson Jerry and wife Claudia Shaw, New Jersey. The family is being served by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Pikeville, TN, where the memorial service will be Saturday, August 21 at 11:30 a.m., Bro. Albert Roberts officiating.
