Helen Louise Barnett Dies After Long Illness

Miss Helen Louise Barnett, 26 years old, 3056 Central avenue, a lifelong Indianapolis resident, died here yesterday after a long illness.

Miss Barnett was born Nov. 3, 1916, in Indianapolis, and attended Shortridge High School. She was a member of the Baptist church.

Survivors are her father, Frank Barnett of San Francisco, Cal., her mother, Mrs. Anna Barnett of Indianapolis; her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Laura Rummel of Indianapolis; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Petit of Madiosn; a sister, Mrs. Marie Tharpe, of Syracuse, N. Y., and two brothers, Richard Barnett and William Barnett, both of Indianapolis.

The body was taken to the Harry W. Moore Peace Chapel. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
