Glover, born in England ,and Amelia Eveline Lanare, born in France.Josephine was orphaned, due to the death of both of her parents and she was raised by Mattie Yokum Sharpe.She married Charles on 22 Jan 1899 in Savannah GA 5 mos after Charles returned to the United States from his service in the Spanish-American War.
