She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Joyce Pruett, and is survived by her grandmother, step-mother, one brother, two step-sisters, two nieces and two nephews.
Memorial service at Forest Hill East, July 6, at 5 p.m. with family receiving friends at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association.
