Charlie was the second son of Milton Horn Jr. and Betty Belue of Aberdeen Mississippi.He was killed in a traffic accident when the car he was in ran in-to a river.He was preceded in death by his father. He was survived by his mother and a daughter Susan Gail Chilcoat,a brother Milton Horn III, and two sisters,Linda Louise Horn and Nancy Lavale Horn, half brother Robert Milton Horn and half sister Rebekah J. Horn.Grand mother Avle Mae Towery. and several uncles and aunts and cousins.
