Russell Cullen Muter, Jr. was born August 6, 1924 the only child of Russell Cullen Muter, Sr. and Estelle Mabel Tykarski (Jordick). Russ married Dorothy Mae Boardman on January 5, 1945. Russ & Dottie had four children and lived and resided in Verona, NJ until their retirement to Melbourne Shores, FL.

He was predeceased by his wife of 43 years, Dorothy Boardman. He is survived by his children, Susan, Russell, Douglas and Barbara; six grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
