Patricia Virginia Catherine (Kelley) Zagrodnik, age 54, of 925 Greendale Rd., Sheboygan, died Thursday, May 4, 2000, at Desert Sands Hospital, Las Vegas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Patricia at 7 p.m on Wednesday, May 10, 2000, Ss Cyril and Methodius(sic) Catholic Church, with Reverend Richard J. Fleischman as celebrant. Burial will take place in Greendale Cemetery.
Pat was born May 28, 1945, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Irving and Clare (Einberger) Kelley. She attended Manitowoc schools and was a graduate of Lincoln High School. She also attended the UW Center in Manitowoc. On June 12, 1965, she married Thomas E. Zagrodnik, in Manitowoc. Pat led a full and interesting life. She was active in the Girl Scouts and the Mariners. She was a seamstress and did costuming and dressing for operas, the Distinguished Art Series and Diane Remy productions. An avid reader, Pat was happy in her world of books and was also an excellent cook. She saw the beauty in nature and enjoyed traveling, bird watching, caring for the birds and animals in her yard and tending to her plants and flowers. She was a member of Ss Cyril and Methodius (sic) Catholic Church and a member of the Christian Mothers Society at the church.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Tom; a son, Scott Thomas (Vicki) Zagrodnik, Edgerton; a daughter Kelly Lynn Zagrodnik, a junior at UW Madison; a grandson, Connor; a brother, Richard (Leila) Kelley, Crivitz, nieces, nephews, other relatives.
Friends may call at the Church, New Jersey Ave., Sheboygan, Wednesday, from 5 p.m. until the time of Mass at 7 p.m.
The staff of the Ramm-Ziegler-Novak-Rettke Funeral Home, Southside Chapel, is serving the family.
