His mother was Etta May (Hepner) Bieber. Survived by 2nd wife, Carolyn Bieber and their 3 children: Danny Bieber, Patricia Adams and Carolyn Martin; by his first marriage surviving are 3 sons, Harold, Robert, and James Bieber; 3 daughters, Wauneta Barnes, Norma Jean Blair, and Louetta Marie Adams.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Dorothy Rienschield & 3 infant children, Walter, Clarence and Grace Bieber, all by first marriage.

Other siblings & half-siblings included Freda Lee and Dorothy Hammond.
